Legal Agreement

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Version Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
This includes loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

Consequential Damages Exclusion

Under no circumstances shall Version Hub be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access to our services. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user or third party. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our services and are not liable for any decisions you make based on information obtained through our services.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service failures, or power outages. During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure condition.

Privacy and Data Protection

Jurisdiction and Venue

Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through the following process:

Direct Communication: Contact us to describe the issue and seek resolution
Good Faith Negotiation: Allow 30 days for us to investigate and respond
Mediation: If unresolved, agree to participate in mediation before litigation
Legal Action: Only after exhausting these steps may either party pursue legal remedies

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Version Hub.

General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or your rights and obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Version Hub regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

Waiver

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
